A Realtor is trained to provide you a Competitive Market Analysis (CMA) which will estimate the market value of your home based upon the sales of other similar homes in the area. The CMA IS NOT an appraisal and is based only on the point in time that it is performed.
Performing a CMA early on in your process provides an excellent “base line” evaluation of your home that can be used to then identify how investing in any home improvements will positively impact your value. The Full Sale Team will be glad to perform a CMA at any time. We even suggest it as an annual financial “check up”.
